Jordan Reynolds

Occupation? Electrician with UGM (based at Mandalong)

How Long have you been doing CrossFit? All up approx. 2 years (3months at Andres Gym, 3months at Crossfit Hunter and 18months here at Crossfit CSP)

Why do you CrossFit? I really enjoy the balance of getting stronger and fitter in a group training environment and being able to talk to other people at different gyms about their progress.

What is your favorite movement or wod? Full snatch’s, Power cleans and finding 1RMs.. Anything where I can see improvement!

What is your least favorite? Anything where I have to fling DBs over my head.

What do you like to do outside of CrossFit? Spending time with family and friends. Having a punt on the horses

Tell us something not many people know about you? I’m a father of 2 under 28yo.

What are your long term fitness goals? Muscle ups, HSPU’s, to work on my consistency and to continue using the momentum I gained from the Open
