THE INTRO PROCESS

Let us start by telling you that if you try CrossFit, you will not be disappointed!

Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, get in better shape, or just have fun learning something new, we promise we can help.

 

The purpose of our Intro course is to introduce you, who are new to CrossFit, to the fundamental exercises that form the basis of our training program, explain what CrossFit is all about and guide you on how you can get the most out of your training and achieve your goals. It's also a good opportunity to meet some new people who may well become your training buddies, and it's a chance for you to get to know us too.

CrossFit focuses on community, and at CF Life CSP we are no exception.

On this 6-week closed course, you train together twice a week in a closed team with permanent skilled trainers who are ready to give you a fantastic start at CrossFit Life CSP. The training times are Thursday 6:30pm and Sunday 10:30am In addition to the 12 training sessions.

The next Intro course starts on 1st April
