Our Kids & Teens classes a health and fitness program designed specifically for kids from kindergarten right up to teen level. The sessions are a great way to get your kids moving and exercising whilst having fun!
Our Kids & Teens classes consist of constantly varied, high intensity, functional workout as our regular CrossFit classes; only this program is geared towards children from kindergarten right up to teen level.
These fun classes introduce children to the concepts of fitness in a fun way that promotes the pursuit of a healthy active lifestyle through games and team activities. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. It will help them to improve their balance, co-ordination, cardiovascular fitness and strength as well as improve their social skills, their team work and their overall confidence.
