About the Event
During the 6 week challenge period, you will be able to earn wellness points by completing basic tasks allocated to you through the Wodify Rise apps in the categories, Nutrition, exercise & Wellness behaviours. Some Tasks will be daily where as other may be weekly. How well you complete each tasks may also determine how many wellness points you receive!
During the challenge period you will receive optional recipes; containing suggested modifications for Gluten sensitivities and in most cases lactose intolerances for those who may need this. Most meals are NOT vegetarian, and individually created or modified meals to meet this need will be required.
All participants will receive an exercise program suitable for the home beginner (with no equipment), all the way through to the experienced Gym goer. If you’re already following an existing strength & conditioning program, you can continue to use this throughout the challenge!
You will receive wealth of Nutrition, exercise & Wellness information from the Registered Nutrition & Wellbeing Coach that you can continue to use and take with you long after the challenge.
